In this personal project, I employed the concept of biomorphic design to create a visually captivating octopus camouflage pattern. Biomorphic design draws inspiration from natural forms, structures, and patterns found in living organisms. By applying this design approach to the octopus camouflage pattern, I aimed to blend organic elements seamlessly with modern design aesthetics, resulting in an engaging design.
To incorporate biomorphic design principles, I focused on organic shapes and Lines: I utilized fluid and curvilinear shapes reminiscent of the octopus's chromatophores . By avoiding rigid and straight lines, the design elements took on a more natural and harmonious appearance, resembling the organic forms found in nature.
